Under the above mentioned warranties, Right Line Trailer's will replace or repair free of charge any components that need repaired or replaced as a result of defective workmanship or defective materials. 

 

The warranty only covers normal use and does not extend to damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident and will be void if the customer has made significant alterations to the trailer affecting its performance. 

 

The warranty shall be void if the customer or a third party person uses it for off-road use.

 

The warranty covers the registered owner only and not the third party user.

 

Right Line Ltd will NOT be liable for any accidental or indirect damage of any kind within reason of the manufacture, workmanship, materials, product, re-sale, usage of the trailer. 

 

Right Line Ltd will NOT be liable for any defective component from the manufacturer of that component. This will be covered by the Manufacturers warranty and not Right Line Ltd.

 

Right Line Ltd will NOT be responsible for any repair charges carried out due to defective components or damage caused by the use from a third party user unless agreed upon prior to work being carried out. 

 

Right Line Ltd have first rights to warranty assessments. No third party shall be involved unless authorised by Right Line Ltd. No charges forwarded to Right Line Ltd will be accepted as all repairs must be carried out at the Right Line Ltd workshop. 

 

Repairs at a customers location may be considered if prior arrangement is agreed, a travel charge shall apply. 

 

Right Line Ltd shall NOT accept responsibility to any loss or damages to the goods supplied by others, which are held or stored within Right Line Ltd’s custody. This will be at the owners risk and it shall be the responsibility of the owner to arrange insurance protection of these goods unless insurance cover is specifically requested in writing at the time of delivery.

 

The disclosed deposit amount must be paid prior to the build commencing, cancellation of the build may result in the loss of the said deposit amount unless in agreement with Right Line Ltd prior to the build and what materials were purchased. No cancellation, variation or suspension will be effective or recognised unless and only to the extent that Right Line Ltd agrees in writing to such cancellation, variation or suspension. The customer agrees to pay for all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by Right Line Ltd in consequence of the cancellation, variation or suspension of the order.

 

Full payment is due on completion of build and prior to the delivery and/or collection of the trailer unless otherwise agreed upon by Right Line Ltd. If payment is not made by the completion date it shall be considered an overdue account. In the event of an overdue account Right Line Ltd can take all legal action necessary to recover payment

 

Right Line Ltd can hold any new build and/or repair to existing build presently being situated at Right Line Ltd premises if payment is not made.

 

The customer agrees to accept delivery of products held by Right Line Ltd in respect of such order and all products in transit to or subsequently delivered to Right Line Ltd for such order.

 

Right Line Ltd owns all work, drawings, designs, specifications, data and documents produced by Right Line Ltd in connection with the products and components provided pursuant to the contract. The customer may use the product and components only if paid in full and for the purspose for which they were intented and manufacutured for by Right Line Ltd.

 

The customer agrees it has verified and accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the trailer ordered. Right Line Ltd shall have no liability for discrepancies against the quote and the finished product.

 

The time frame agreed for manufacture shall not be an essential term of this contract unless the customer gives written notice to Right Line Ltd making time of the essence upon agreement with Right Line Ltd.

 

While in transit of delivery of the customers trailer are at the owners risk. All deliveries that are asked for and made to unatteneded properties will be at the customers sole responsility and no liability to Right Line Ltd.

 

The customer can NOT arrange for pick up or delivery of a trailer without Right Line Ltd’s knowledge unless by prior agreement.
